The building is located in a very safe area of south loop next to police station, you are 5 mins walk from Mariano's grocery store, 10 mins walk to Jewel Osco, 12 mins walk to Chinatown, and many restaurants and bars nearby. Roosevelt CTA stop is a few blocks north and it services Green, Orange, and Red line, bus 29 and 62 also right downstairs. Our parking spot is no longer available, but if you do need a parking spot, you can ask the doorman to see if any resident in the building is renting their parking, more than likely you can find one.
