VUE 53 is an affordable student housing in Chicago. The apartment offers three types of rooms to meet the different needs of the students. The building also offers four common areas and three fitness and recreation areas for the student to relax in their free time. Around this building, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and café for student to enjoy their wonderful life in Chicago. And this apartment is best for incoming students who will study at University of Chicago.

 

Feature

There are three types of rooms in VUE 53, and they are Studio,1B1B, 2B2B. Also, the apartment is equipped with a variety of modern kitchen appliances including dishwasher, oven, sink, microwave, electric range, and some cabinets. In the bathroom, it equipped with a toilet, bathtub, large mirror, towel, and a small chair. The bedrooms equipped with a comfortable bed, with pillow and quilt. A large wardrobe and a mirror, a bedside table and table lamp on it. There are 4 shared community for the residents. They are lounge, bike storage, business center and study room. One of the great things about this apartment is that it offers students lots of places to work out and have fun. This apartment also offers a gym, pool table and club house for students to do the exercise. Also, every room is equipped with Balcony, Rooftop, and Courtyard. There is 24-hour security in this building to ensure the safety and privacy of residents. Meanwhile, VUE 53 provides the Wi-Fi and package room, that is convenient for the student to live. 

 

Location and What's Hot

VUE 53 is in a good location and there is various restaurant choice close to the building for the student to choose. The restaurants are Small Cheval- Hyde Park, Leona's Pizzeria & Restaurant, Can't Believe It's Not Meat, and Cafe 53. Besides, the building is surrounded by several supermarkets, such as Whole Foods Market and Hudson Food Market, Trader Joe's and Cermak Fresh Market etc., which is convenient for residents to purchase daily necessities. In addition, there are several bars and theatres near VUE 53 for the student to enjoy their nightlife, such as 2Twenty2 Tavern, Miller's Pub and AMC River East 21. The Walgreens Pharmacy is very close to the apartment, making it easy for students to fulfil their daily needs. The Chinatown and Joffco Square include Marshalls, Best Buy, and The Home Depot is just a 14-minute drive from the VUE 53. Students can also buy their furniture and digital appliances and enjoy their shopping time.

 

Transport

VUE 53 benefits from its proximity to some bus stations, such as Woodlawn & 53rd Street. The student only needs to walk for 4 minutes to reach the station. Also, the 51st/53rd St. (Hyde Park) and 55th - 56th - 57th St. are the two closest train stations near the building. The University of Chicago is a 17-minute walk from the apartment or 6 minutes driving.
