Does the apartment have on-site staff?

The apartment will have staff or security at your disposal 24 hours a day. CCTV will also be installed in all corridors and social areas.

What if I have a problem that needs repair?

The apartment has a dedicated team to respond and resolve your maintenance issues. Repairs will be done during the first visit, if possible. Of course sometimes there is a need to order parts or arrange for outside contractors. When this happens, the apartment will follow up until the problem is resolved.

can my room be double occupancy

Is smoking allowed in the room?

Can't. Smoking is prohibited in any bona fide student buildings under your tenancy agreement. There is a designated smoking area, you are welcome to use it.

What if I lose my keys?

There will be security personnel on duty 24 hours a day in the apartment, and they will assist everyone to enter the room.
