Opto Newcastle will contain large, sleek studio apartments that offer great value for money. All bills are included and students will have access to the best student accommodation facilities available on the market including a gym, roof terrace with river views, outdoor events venue, cinema room, courtyard and more! Free dual occupancy: Stay in your room with someone else for free! Terms and Conditions: Applies to bookings of 40 week tenancies or more. Both tenants must be full time students (open university courses can be accepted, please get in touch with the team). This applies to only studio room types. Bookings will be placed in one person's name which we refer to as the ‘main tenant'. This tenant will have the tenancy agreement in their name and all rent amount will be charged to them. If they would then like to split the rent then this can be arranged within themselves, true must receive all rent payments as per what is stated on the tenancy agreement. If tenants are to split prior or post moving in then the bookings can only be cancelled as per the true guarantee and cancellation policy. The booking will still fall under the main tenant unless there is a mutual agreement to transfer it over to the ‘second tenant', where the new contract/tenancy agreement will need to be signed immediately. All other terms and conditions as stated in the tenancy agreement applies to each booking.
