you will only be able to cancel this agreement if a suitable replacement tenant is found to take your place. Either you can find a suitable replacement tenant yourself, or we can find one for you. However if it is left to us, we will only do this after all our other rooms have been let. In either case there will be a reasonable administration charge.
Note: If no replacement tenant is found, you will be responsible for payment of the rent in full, even if you do not move in to the property.

You can cancel this agreement if a suitable replacement tenant is found to take your place. Either you can find a suitable replacement tenant yourself, or we can find one for you. However if it is left to us, we will only do this after all our other rooms have been let. In either case there will be a reasonable administration charge.

We may withdraw an offer of accommodation or cancel a contract if you have any outstanding fees from a previous stay with us.

Q：我可以提前搬走么？
A：可以在合同终止日期前搬走，不过要照常支付房费，直到你找到了下一位承租人来成单你剩下的租期的房租。
Q：厨房里有哪些设施是我们可以用的呢？
A：我们的每个厨房都有炊具，冰箱/冰柜，微波炉，拖把和水桶，刷子，垃圾桶和吸尘器（仅限某些公寓提供，详情咨询公寓前台）部分厨房还备有水壶和熨衣板（不包括熨斗）。
