During the last 45 days before the start of your tenancy you will only be able to cancel this agreement if a suitable replacement tenant is found to take your place. Either you can find a suitable replacement tenant yourself, or we can find one for you. However if it is left to us, we will only do this after all our other rooms have been let. In either case there will be a reasonable administration charge. Note: If no replacement tenant is found, you will be responsible for payment of the rent in full, even if you do not move in to the property. If your contract start date has passed You can cancel this agreement if a suitable replacement tenant is found to take your place. Either you can find a suitable replacement tenant yourself, or we can find one for you. However if it is left to us, we will only do this after all our other rooms have been let. In either case there will be a reasonable administration charge. Note: If no replacement tenant is found, you will be responsible for payment of the rent in full, even if you do not move in to the property. Cancellation / Refunds If you wish to cancel this agreement, you should let us know as soon as possible. Written cancellation / refund requests should be made to your on-site team. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days. Rebookers We may withdraw an offer of accommodation or cancel a contract if you have any outstanding fees from a previous stay with us.

Q: Can I move out early?

A: You can move out before the contract termination date, but you have to pay the rent as usual until you find the next tenant to settle the rent for the rest of your lease.

Q: What facilities can we use in the kitchen?

A: Each of our kitchens has cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, mop and bucket, brush, trash can and vacuum cleaner (only available in some apartments, please consult the front desk of the apartment for details). Some kitchens also have kettles and ironing boards (Iron not included).

Q: Can I connect to the Internet in the room?
