全英国最差学生公寓！隔音差！公寓前台服务差！入住延期两个月，入住之后还没有装窗帘。火警无缘无故自动会响！描述与实际严重不符的公寓！倒贴钱也不要住！！！

1.How much deposit for per tenant?
- £750.00 per person to be paid when the booking form is submitted.
2.Rental payment deadline?
- 90 days prior to the licence agreement start date.
3.How long to Cooling off period?
- Before 10th June of the year, 7 days. After 10th June, 48 Hours.
4. Cancellation policy No/Yes. Is there a cancellation policy?
- No cancellation, the tenant is committed for the duration of the licence agreement, unless the tenant is replaced at no cost to Amare .
5.If the tenant cancels their booking prior to the cooling off period, will their deposit be refunded?
- Yes, a full refund will be given
6.If the tenant finds a replacement student after the cooling off period deadline, will their deposit be refunded?
-Yes, As long as no cost to Amare Students.
7.If the student refuses to sign the visa or fails to pass the language test, can he/she cancel the reservation? Will the reservation fee be fully refunded?
- If the cooling off period has exceeded and the tenant fails to find a replacement, the reservation fee will not be refunded, however, if a replacement tenant is found, a full refund will be given.
8.Can you accept two students in one room? If so, how much extra will they have to pay?
- Yes, all 1 bed apartments are suitable for single or double occupancy. See Beenchenhurst Rent Price_v4
9.Can they pay the rent by instalments?
- Rent is due in full 90 days prior to the licence agreement start date, leading up to that date instalments can be made.
10.Can tenant check in during non-working hours (Before 9am or after 5pm) No/Yes -Yes, Will have to inform us prior to arrival
11.Penalties for delayed payment?
- 5% finance charge added to the weekly payments
12.How long to refund the deposit?
- Within 30 working days via bank transfer
13.What is Payment function at your company?
-Bank Transfer ONLY.

我预订时候，支付的定金是押金么？如何退还？
定金在入住后作为押金，不抵扣房租，你的押金会被移交给英国这边保存押金的第三方机构保管，直到租期结束check-out的时候根据房间设施的损坏程度予以退还（严重损坏可能会扣除押金的一部分或者全部，所以平时房间有什么设施损坏一定要及时报修）
可以分期付款吗？
如果你有有效的英国担保人，则可以选择分期支付租金。如果没有有效的英国担保人，则必须在合同开始前1个月支付全额租金。
如何支付房租？
请在顾问指导下联系公寓获取收款账户信息，然后在银行完成对应支付。请注意备注自己的姓名以及房间号方便公寓识别，且电汇会需要多个工作日才能到账，因此需要提前安排付款。
