•每月10GB的免费上网费用包含在房租中。
1. Airport Pick Up Services: It will be provided by Luau Accommodation if requested. The transfer will be waiting for the students for 2 hours after the flight lands in Auckland Airport. If the student doesn’t show up or contact the driver within 2 hours, the service will be charged in full amount and no refund will be applied.
2.Check in time: It will be done between 7am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday). Any check in between 7.01pm to 6.59am will incur in an extra charge of NZ$40.00 per client. Client needs to contact Luau Manager on on departing Auckland Airport at all times.
3.Check out time: It must be done at 11am. Later check out an extra charge of NZ$20.00 will be applied.

Cancelation or Late Arrival Date Alteration Penalty Fee Policy (Applicable to either Student or the Student Representative)
1. Four weeks prior to first day of arrival date: no penalty fee
2. Three weeks prior to first day of arrival date: 1 week rent
3. Two weeks prior to first day of arrival date: 2 weeks rent
4. One week or less prior to first day of arrival date: 4 weeks rent
Luau’s Refund Policy ( Applicable to the Student Representative):
1. Four weeks prior to first day of stay: 70% less costs paid to third party
2. Two weeks prior to first day of stay: 50% less costs paid to third party
3. Less than two weeks prior first day of stay: no refund
4. For visa declined or entry declined: 100% less costs paid to third party if the Immigration letter declining the visa is provided at least 1 week before the arrival date of the student. If not, there will be no refund.
