1. Airport Pick Up Services: It will be provided by Luau Accommodation if requested. The transfer will be waiting for the students for 2 hours after the flight lands in Auckland Airport. If the student doesn’t show up or contact the driver within 2 hours, the service will be charged in full amount and no refund will be applied. 2.Check in time: It will be done between 7am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday). Any check in between 7.01pm to 6.59am will incur in an extra charge of NZ$40.00 per client. Client needs to contact Luau Manager on on departing Auckland Airport at all times. 3.Check out time: It must be done at 11am. Cancelation or Late Arrival Date Alteration Penalty Fee Policy (Applicable to either Student or the Student Representative) 1. Four weeks prior to first day of arrival date: no penalty fee 2. Three weeks prior to first day of arrival date: 1 week rent 3. Two weeks prior to first day of arrival date: 2 weeks rent 4. One week or less prior to first day of arrival date: 4 weeks rent
Luau’s Refund Policy ( Applicable to the Student Representative): 1. Four weeks prior to first day of stay: 70% less costs paid to third party 2. Two weeks prior to first day of stay: 50% less costs paid to third party 3. Less than two weeks prior first day of stay: no refund 4. For visa declined or entry declined: 100% less costs paid to third party if the Immigration letter declining the visa is provided at least 1 week before the arrival date of the student. If not, there will be no refund.
