(退订政策原文) It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the cancellation has been received by Hubble Living by 5pm on (date: to be updated to 2 working days after accepting the room offer) . In the event of cancellation on or before the (date: to be updated to 2 working days after accepting the room offer) a €100 administration fee is charged, and the remainder of the booking/ cancellation deposit is returned. Any cancellations made after the (date: to be updated to 2 working days after accepting the room offer) run the risk of losing their full rental payment and will lose 100% of their booking deposit. Any outstanding bills will be deducted.
Cancellation of a booking must be made by email. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the cancellation has been received by the Hubble Living Student Accommodation. In the event of cancellation, a €100 administration fee is charged, and the remainder of the booking deposit is returned. Subject to the Hubble Living Terms and Conditions. If the applicant cancels after having paid the first part-payment, the onus will be on the licensee to find a replacement applicant. The replacement applicant must be suitable for the room which they are being placed in. Hubble Living Office has no obligation to find an alternative licensee. Failure to do so will result in the applicant losing all monies paid. A 28 days’ notice in writing or via email is required. Any Rent payment remainder after the 28th day will be refunded to the tenant. Please note that if you give notice 28 days before the end of the Tenancy a rent refund is not applicable. You must find a suitable replacement (over 18 and enrolled as a full-time student at a local university or college) who will sign a new Tenancy Agreement for your room for the remaining contract period. The incoming tenant must enter into a Tenancy Agreement with Hubble Living, providing the necessary documents and, if applicable, a suitable Guarantor. Refunds will not be processed until the incoming tenant replacement has signed the Tenancy Agreement, made the payment, and moved into the accommodation. If you fail to find a replacement tenant, you and, if applicable, your Guarantor will be responsible for paying the full rent until the end of your contracted period. You will also remain liable for rent payments until the new tenant's Tenancy Agreement starts. The applicant/tenant must ensure that their tenancy cancellation is received by the Hubble Living Office in writing (in person to the Hubble Living Office) or via email. Phone or verbal cancellations are not considered valid. The cancellation notice starts upon the Hubble Living Office's receipt and confirmation of the notice. Non-Arrivals: If a student fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice or cancellation, the booking deposit will be forfeited, and the accommodation may be released for rebooking. Any paid booking deposit, rent and utility are not refundable in case of a no-show.
Please note that the cancellation rules are updated in real time, and the working days are the working days of the place where the apartment belongs. Please refer to the cancellation instructions in the contract. The final interpretation is reserved by the apartment.
