整体介绍它是一整栋公寓楼，不是唐楼哦，有电梯，每个房间都是独卫单人间，且大部分房间都有窗，每个房间阳光都很充足，地处油麻地中心，位于油麻地庙街，交通便利性极强，无论去九龙、港岛或是新界区，都很方便，且对城大、浸会和理工的同学很友好，去学校都很方便。是男女生分区分层，不混住。房间设计和布局有A、B户型:1）大部分房间都有窗户，采光优秀，十分适合喜欢晒太阳的同学。2）A、B房型的面积都较大，独卫单人间，是喜欢宽阔的同学的不二之选 3）A、B房型都是独卫单人间，小厨房设施齐全，是喜欢烹饪的同学最佳选择 4）A、B房间布局舒适合理，且隐私性优秀，是同地段的性价比之王5）每月都有专人打扫公共区域，避免卫生问题房间配套家具床、床垫、书桌、台灯、椅子、衣柜等必备家私全部配齐，且全部全新。超大的衣柜空间，很多同学怕衣柜空间不够，然后把自己的正装和其他衣服叠起来放有褶，但是我们的衣柜空间很大，直接挂起来就ok!哪怕衣柜底上再放个行李箱也都ok，真正实现拎包入住关于具体地址公寓是在油麻地庙街41-45号，距离油麻地地铁站2分钟步行路程。油麻地庙街是香港一条富有特色的街道，同时也是香港最负盛名的夜市。很多电影都曾以该条街道取景。庙街以售卖平价货的夜市而闻名，被喻为香港的平民夜总会，公寓周围小吃餐厅林立，兴记煲仔饭，庙街牛杂，峇峇娘惹，和顺记最出名炸大大鸡腿，都是港漂最爱的打卡圣地。关于交通公寓与各校距离香港理工大学坐港铁荃湾线20min 香港城市大学港铁观塘线25min 香港浸会大学港铁观塘线25min 香港都会大学港铁观塘线20min 香港大学港铁荃湾线，港岛线30min 关于卫生间是独卫单人间，不用担心共用卫生间的问题，加上我们有阿姨每天打扫的，非常干净！帮同学们省去很多烦恼，可以专心学习。关于洗衣机洗烘一体机目前3台都在天台，以后会看使用情况再加，仅限于同学和舍友使用，不必担心公用人数过多导致混用不卫生的情况，且清洁专员清理的时候也会清理洗衣机哦关于管理费管理费是折后价的6%，管理费包括家具维护及维修（自然损耗）、公共区域地面，洗手间地面清洁费，垃圾清运费等。老租客续租，有收入证明（工作合约和银行薪资入账记录），两个文件都需提供，若是刚刚入职，只提供合约就可以。【风险提示】近年，香港租房市场中曾出现因一次性支付全年房租而给租客带来利益损失的案件，所以我们秉承要充分考虑每一个客户利益的前提下，建议您月付房租。如果您强烈要求一次性年付房租，请留意上述情况，如有损失，需自行承担所有后果。
