总体OK，没有什么大问题，麻雀虽小但五脏俱全。但一个预料之外且内地来的同学可能根本不会想到的问题是，这栋楼可能由于管道系统较老旧，左邻右舍开关水龙头及花洒后会产生巨大的噪音，且基本不太存在凭借吸音棉等东西阻挡噪声的可能，因为条款上不允许，而且也很难精准定位声音来源，总之假如有一个大清早或半夜频繁用水的邻居，且住客有睡眠不佳神经衰弱的问题的话，需要考虑这一点。无惧噪声的条件下，性价比是不错的。
