The moment your booking is complete, you have agreed to be bound by the cancellation, extension or early check in policies of the provider at that specific accommodation. Uhomes does not have the right to amend or alter any policy provision of the providers or buildings themselves. Your relationship from the point of booking is governed by the terms the provider lays out and/or the contract you have with them. The return of any deposit, rent or other fees paid to the provider are at the sole discretion of the provider themselves, Uhomes is unable to and bears no liability for any unreturned provider fees.
2. Service Fee Refunds
Service fees are refundable where:
Uhomes is unable to find a suitable accommodation for you
The recommended properties do not match with your original requirements
The user has not signed the contract to move in
*Where the user has requested the Property Viewing service but in the end does not select their accommodation through Uhomes, the Property Viewing service has still happened and the service fee will be returned minus 500 RMB per viewing.
Service fees are non-refundable where: 1. The user has signed the contract (including e-contracts or other online agreements) or paid the deposit to the provider but cancels the booking for personal reasons.
The user has paid the Homestay service fee, which is non-refundable.
