The flatshare is strategically located in the "Hôtel de Ville - Presqu'île" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a large kitchen with fridge, kitchen ustensils, pans, crockery, toaster, microwave, kettle… The flat also has a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine.
You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: household waste tax, housing insurance, condominium fees, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Terreaux square and the adjoining streets where you can find art galeries, alternative boutiques, and trendy restaurants and bars is a favourite meeting spot among young Lyonnais people. The neighbourhood is very well connected by public transport links (subway and bus) and the festivities often go into the wee small hours... The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
