Refund Policy

EARLY TERMINATION
If the Tenants terminate the tenancy before the end of the term, the Owner shall be entitled to damages equal to the total Rent that otherwise would have been payable by the Tenants until the end of the Tenancy, pursuant to the Act.

TERMINATION
The Tenants and Owner agree to give the other party written notice to end the Tenancy in accordance with the Act.
(a) Notice must be in writing and must include the address of the Premises, include the date the Tenancy is to end, be signed and dated by the party giving notice to terminate (the “Notice of Termination”).
(b) After the delivery of such notice of termination by either party, the Owner shall be entitled to show the Premises to prospective tenants at all reasonable hours. The Tenants agree to fully co-operate in the interest in incoming tenants.
(c) The Owner and Tenants may mutually agree in writing to end this Agreement at any time.
(d) The Tenants must vacate the Premises by 12 noon on the day the Tenancy ends.
(e) If the Tenants maintain occupation of the Premises after 12 noon on the day the Tenancy ends, their over holding of the Premises shall be dealt with in accordance with the ACT.
(f) The Premises shall be left fit for immediate occupation by a new tenant, the Premises clean, undamaged, and with all furniture and refuse removed.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Tenants shall leave the Premises, appliances, and appurtenances in the same condition as existed at the commencement of the term or if the Premises has been taken by the Tenants “AS IS” at the commencement of the term the unit must be restored to its original condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted).
(g) If the flooring and window coverings are new or professionally cleaned at the start of the Tenancy, the Tenants will pay for professional cleaning at the end of the Tenancy.
If the Tenants vacate the Premises before the Tenancy ends and a move out Inspection Report is completed, the Tenants agree to assign the rights to the Premises to the Owner without remuneration.
