Refund Policy

EARLY TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
If, subject to termination in accordance with this Agreement or the Act, the Tenant ends the fixed term tenancy before the Expiry Date, the Landlord may treat this Agreement as being abandoned pursuant to the Act. ln such an event, the sum of $1,000.00 will be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord as Liquidated damages, and not as a penalty. Liquidated damages cover the Landlords costs of re-renting the Premises and must be pa¡d ¡n addition to any other amount owed by the tenant, such as unpaid Rent or costs relating to damage to the Premises or Residential Property.
Provided that if the Landlord, using reasonable efforts, is unable to re-rent the Premises following the Tenant's vacating, in addition to the above, the Tenant shall be l¡able for all sums payable to the Landlord pursuant to the Agreement for its unexpired term or until the Premises are re-rented, whichever is the shorter.
