【公寓概况】 UniLodge Victoria University公寓是一个全新智能公寓，设有两人间的Studio、单人套间、两人间和六人间公寓，配套完善居住舒适。公寓公共设施有电视、游戏室、台球厅、厨房、餐厅、小的篮球场、烧烤区和自行车存车处。 【备注】享有以下特色的房间每周额外收取$5澳币： - 面向东/城市景观的房间 - 高层位于10、11、12层的房间。 【注意事项】 1）关于清洁费：本栋楼清洁费为130澳币，具体金额以公寓前台为准~ 2）关于Bond：在学生正常履行完合同租期后，退租后公寓会发邮件通知墨尔本澳洲政府RTBA处理学生们的Bond退还事宜，一般在4周左右，学生会收到政府RTBA发的邮件，学生按照邮件提示流程操作即可~ 【check in时间：Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:30pm】 “学生需要自己及时查看offer里面提供的信息，以公寓实际提供的信息为准。” 请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。 个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。 公寓价格/房态随时变化，具体房租价格以公寓发送的最终OFFER及合同为准。

NO VISA NO PAY POLICY
We totally understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, which is why we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when you book with UniLodge*.
Prior to my lease commencing?
If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, we ask that you complete the following actions:
A written email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.
After the commencement of my lease?
If you are cancelling after the commencement of your lease date due to not receiving a visa to study in Australia we ask that you complete the following actions:
A written email notify that you wish to terminate your lease, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. The Property Manager will consider your request for the breaking of your lease and advise whether your request has been accepted.

如果我的签证未获批准，我还需要付钱吗？
如果您在租赁开始日期前未能成功获得澳大利亚留学签证，我们要求您写一封要求取消签证的电子邮件，该电子邮件必须在收到内政部通知后24小时内连同电子邮件一起提交给您预订的公寓通知你被拒绝去澳大利亚留学。然后，您将被正式告知，您的租赁协议将被取消，无需罚款。

我未满18岁可以申请这栋公寓吗？
对。UniLodge Victoria University接受入住时未满18岁的本地学生。对于国际学生，我们只接受17岁及以上的学生。
