(A) Cancelling more than 30 days before the reservation start date The resident can cancel the booking if a written notice has been provided to Campus Melbourne at least 30 calendar days prior to the reservation start date. Deposit paid will not be refunded (B) Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date or the agreement has commenced If a cancellation is made to Campus Melbourne less than 30 days before the booking check-in date or the agreement has commenced, the student will be breaching the T&Cs; therefore the rent paid in advance & bond may be retained. If the actual length of stay is different to the tiered rate initially booked the student will be charged for the difference before departure. Cancelling if you do not receive a Visa or Placement to study in Australia A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus at least 14 days before the agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming the decline of the offer and/or visa. An administration fee of $100 is applicable.
