Please see below for our current conditions for overseas applicants.
For confirmed bookings:
1. We will offer a free deferral or delay the lease start date for any reason.
2. In case of cancellation, only the bond amount will be refunded in full. The first month's rent remains non-refundable.
Once applications for 2022 open in late September, we will offer 'book now, pay later' options. This allows students overseas to secure a room and only make payment in January 2022.
The bond is a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent and held for the duration of a lease.
The bond will be held by the RTBA (government body).
It will be refunded in full at the end of a lease provided there are no damages to the apartment
and no outstanding fees on the tenants account. The apartment must also be returned in a
similar condition to when the tenant moved in.
It is mandatory for all apartments to have their carpets steam cleaned at the end of their lease.
Tenants can arrange their own professional cleaning otherwise we offer the service for
$80/room.
