‘Infinity Place’ situated on Elizabeth Street is our second purpose-built student accommodation building in Melbourne and is home to 335 students. The building offers premium accommodation with an abundance of common spaces and amenities to encourage and facilitate optimal academic outcomes. The share apartments are designed to suit a group of friends wanting to live together, or the individual looking to make new friends. Our range of studios and one bedroom apartments have been designed with the devoted student in mind. Quiet, generously sized and fully equipped spaces to strengthen strong study habits. Intended as an extension to the existing ‘University Square’ community located across the road, residents can enjoy the best of each building’s facilities. Getting to lectures couldn’t be easier with the University of Melbourne, RMIT and Trinity College just a short walk away. The Melbourne Business School is just around the corner and transport links from the front door give you easy access to most major UoM schools and colleges in the city. Prefer having your own space? Or maybe you’re a postgraduate who needs to knuckle down and study hard without distractions, then a Studio or 1 bed apartment will be ideal for you. If your visa is denied, you must provide proof to the apartment within the specified time.

Cancellation Policy At The Student Housing Company we promise to be upfront about all the costs you’ll face to rent a room from us, and as such we implement a straightforward cancellation policy. This policy sets out the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees involved. Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date You can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided written notice has been provided to The Student Housing Company at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date. Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date If cancellation is made to The Student Housing Company less than 30 days before the agreement start date you will be charged a break lease fee of 1 weeks rent. One less worry if you don’t receive your University Offer or Student Visa We understand that plans can change due to external influences. Therefore, cancellation of the agreement due to failure to secure a University Offer or Student Visa will be without penalty provided notice is given in writing, within 14 days of agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline of offer and/or visa. If this is provided less than 14 days prior to the start of the agreement you will be charged a break lease fee of 1 weeks rent.
