基于多种原因，公寓无法在学生办理入住前确认房间号，一切以实际入住房间号为为准。
*公寓概况
SCU Village Lismore公寓房间家具齐全，共可容纳373名学生入住，临近校区，步行就可到达附近的商店餐厅，开车5分钟可到达利斯莫尔CBD。公寓经常举行一些社交活动，无论是学习还是社交，这里都是不错的选择。
*公寓设施
Orion College的休息室和影映室，乒乓球室；带电脑和网络的学习室；24/7投币式洗衣房；停车场（付费且有数量限制）；走几分钟即可到健身房和游泳池；靠近麦哲伦学院的篮球场和网球场；户外烧烤区。
室内电器设施包括炉灶、微波炉、冰箱、阳台，无限制wifi，客厅，餐桌椅，书桌椅，衣柜和单人床，淋浴+卫生间+洗手池，风扇（除4 Bdrm Apt Magellan）。
禁止养宠物。
*注意
清洁费：根据澳洲租赁合同规定，学生公寓退房时会有清洁费产生，具体金额以公寓为主；bond退租后2-3周由RTBA/RTA退还；
转租费：根据澳洲租赁合同规定，转租学生公寓需要自己找到承租人后在前台办理转租手续，转租费由转租人自行承担，具体金额以公寓前台为主。
请仔细查看公寓发出的邮件以及合同，Check in的时间和地点以公寓方的文件为准，如需在非工作时间办理入住请务必联系公寓。
个别公寓可能需要提前开通水、电以及网络，请按照公寓规定提前联系开通。

If you are an International Student, who wishes to apply for Semester 1, 2021 accommodation, but are unable to enter Australia due to Government Travel Restrictions, in relation to COVID-19, or a Domestic Student who is unable to attend University due to campus closures we have developed this flexible booking option for you.
Who is eligible?
• Any International Student who has applied at their nominated University, and is awaiting approval to travel to Australia.
• Any Domestic Student who has applied at their nominated University, and is awaiting confirmation that their courses will resume on campus.
What if I am subject to Government Restrictions
Once you have secured your accommodation and entered into a Semester 1, 2021 Residential Agreement you will be eligible for this support option.
• Provide to us in writing the supporting official evidence stating that you are subject to Government Travel Restrictions relating to COVID-19 at a minimum of 14 days prior to the Residential Agreement contract start date
OR
• Provide to us in writing the supporting official evidence stating that your course will be delivered online.
• If you comply with these steps you will be refunded your Security Deposit, and Cleaning Fee(where applicable). Please note the Application Fee and Registration Fee (if applicable)are non-refundable.
• If the written notice is sent less than 14 days before the commencement of your Residential Agreement-normal Early Termination policies apply.
Where will the Flexible Booking policy not apply?
The policy will not apply where you have accepted a University Offer but you elect to defer or withdraw from your studies.
