The Manors为独立而好学的学生提供了绝佳的生活环境，度假风装修风格的公寓，安静的学习氛围，并建有室内泳池和烧烤区域，让你享受到昆士兰周末的阳光。
公寓位于St Lucia中心位置，步行距离可到昆士兰大学St Lucia校区，临近公共交通和有名的购物中心，地理位置非常好。
公寓提供1、2、3人套间等多种房型，一些房间内提供全套家具，另外一些房间仅提供部分家具。房间内有独立卫浴、设施齐全的厨房和宽敞的露台，公寓楼内有无线网络覆盖。另外还提供24小时工作人员，居民可以随时找到他们解决问题。
**注意：
清洁费 ：根据澳洲租赁合同规定，学生公寓退房时会有清洁费产生，具体金额以公寓为准；bond退租后2-3周由RTBA/RTA退还；
转租费 ：根据澳洲租赁合同规定，转租学生公寓需要自己找到承租人后在前台办理转租手续，转租费由转租人自行承担，具体金额以公寓前台为准。

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, if you choose to cancel your accommodation following payment of your initial fees and accepting your letter of offer, you will be entitled to a refund as per the stipulations outlined below;
If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.
Cancellation due to:
· providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
· failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
· failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
· a change of mind
will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalisation of refund.
*If in the case you wish to cancel your agreement and your contract start date has passed, this is considered a lease break and lease break conditions apply (*see Residential Tenancy Agreement).
