漂亮的公寓，超过我的期望!
还不错，卫生干净设施都比较新
周边生活很便利 小推车可以推到公寓楼底下 很适合新手期
就在Toowong站对面，离商场和火车站只有100-200米 非常方便，公交车10分钟到uq，公寓设施也还不错
到目前为止还不错
买东西跟去学校都很方便，去city也很快
非常好的公寓，环境优美。
离学校近，公交15分钟就到 方便
非常不错 地理位置很好
公寓比预期的还要好很多很多，非常感谢我的中介小哥Harry，房间很舒适，过了天桥就是Toowong的商场，里面有亚超和三个大型超市，基础设施非常健全

UniLodge Toowong是一栋新的学生公寓，位于布里斯班河上，位置绝佳可欣赏到美丽的风景。靠近繁华的Toowong购物村，生活方便。交通便捷，可直达UQ。
该公寓拥有现代化的设施，以及宽敞的多功能休息室，配有游戏桌，沙发，厨房和其他的休息区。
每周租金还包含：无限的WiFi、电费、水费。一楼还设有洗衣机和干衣机的洗衣房。二楼都设有一个大厨房，您可以与邻居一起准备饭菜。另外，您还可以进入UniLodge Toowong的顶层，屋顶露台设有烧烤，泳池区，并享有布里斯班河的一览无余的美景！

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, if you choose to cancel your accommodation following payment of your initial fees and accepting your letter of offer, you will be entitled to a refund as per the stipulations outlined below;
If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.
Cancellation due to:
· providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
· failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
· failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
· a change of mind
will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalisation of refund.
*If in the case you wish to cancel your agreement and your contract start date has passed, this is considered a lease break and lease break conditions apply (*see Residential Tenancy Agreement).
