Travelling to the University of Melbourne by train takes approximately 15 minutes and usually takes you to the Parkville campus via Melbourne Central. Additional time for train travel and transfers may be required, so you should allow at least 30 minutes for your commute.

Bus: There are several bus stops near the flats, and the main routes include the 200, 207, and 250. One of the buses, the 200, provides direct access to RMIT University, and the journey time is approximately 10 minutes. To travel to Monash University Clayton campus, you can take the bus to Southern Cross Station and take the train from there, with an overall commute time of approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Light Rail: Light rail (trams) are another important part of Melbourne's transport system, with trams 16 and 19 passing near UniLodge and providing easy access to the University of Melbourne and RMIT University. Tram 19 takes about 10 minutes to get to the University of Melbourne. At the same time, other universities, such as Swinburne University of Technology, are relatively easy to reach, usually with a single change of tram, with an estimated journey time of 30 to 45 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, if you choose to cancel your accommodation following payment of your initial fees and accepting your letter of offer, you will be entitled to a refund as per the stipulations outlined below;

If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the property directly.

Cancellation due:
· providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process
· failure to pay your bond or rent in advance
· failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required
· a change of mind
will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days of finalisation of refund.

*If in the case you wish to cancel your agreement and your contract start date has passed, this is considered a lease break and lease break conditions apply (*see Residential Tenancy Agreement).
